Asparagus w/Cranberries and Pine Nuts
1 Bunch Asparagus
3T olive oil
1/3 cup pine nuts
1/3 cup cranberries, dried
1 pinch salt
Heat olive oil in skillet. Stir in cranberries, pine nuts and salt. Cook and stir until nuts are translucent. Add asparagus cook until tender, About 8-10 minutes. Serve on platter with cranberries and nuts spooned over the asparagus.
